Yes, yes and yes for your 3 ways, but…
As someone who had underlying anxiety for as long as I could remember, when I learned about and tried the herb ashwagandha. Then I discovered I was missing something. The feeling of underlying anxiety greatly abated. Not to say it reduced the big anxiety, but it took the edge off, safely, without dulling my brain. Not a cure-all, but certainly a welcome addition to my health regime.
